Native to Flutter migration

Replacing two native apps is a product decision, not a framework demo. We start with what you already ship, then choose a path:

• Full replacement when core flows are changing anyway (the approach we took with MENTZ on VVS Mobil ).
• Feature by feature when the surface area is large and the team still needs to learn Flutter.
• Stay native when Flutter would be a fashion choice, not a cheaper, safer codebase.
• Mix: Flutter components in a native app, or native components in a Flutter app.
