How a workshop runs
We look at the product, the team and how you work, and find where AI actually pays off. That means short surveys or interviews with people in the teams, and a clear view of what costs time and money. In the code we check whether the app can take AI features, whether agents can work in this repository without leaking secrets or producing diffs nobody can review, and where AI belongs in the workflow.
You do not get a long PDF of jargon and tool names. We implement the proposal with your team and change it if it does not hold.
Tools and models move fast. Telling useful from marketing is tiring. Once we know how you work, we tell you what is worth using.

- Is this ChatGPT training for the whole company?
- No. It is for engineering and the people around the product who share the same constraints. We do not run a generic prompt-writing class.
- Do you need access to our repository?
- Usually yes. A workshop on a sample repo will not tell you whether agents are safe on yours. We agree beforehand what we may look at.
- How is this different from technical consulting?
- Consulting is a review, an audit, or a ranked recommendation. A workshop is time with your team on your workflows. If you only need a written list of what to fix, start with consulting.
